Materials:

8.5x11 Navy Cardstock

8.5x11 Red Cardstock

8.5x11 White Cardstock

Rubber Stamp: Glory Bee by Whippersnapper Designs

Versa Fine Ink: Black and Deep Lagoon

Marvy Markers: Red, Blue, Yellow, Gold, Gray

Small Star Punch

Glitter Glue: Frosted Lace

Emagination Oval Punch 3x4

Magic Mesh Fine Weave Navy

Instructions:

1. Stamp design using Versa Fine Black Ink.
2. Color and highlight stamped design with markers.
3. Punch out design using oval punch or you may cut out with scissors.
4. Go over stars and stripes with Frosted Lace Glitter Glue
5. Cut Navy cardstock in half and fold.
6. Cut Red cardstock 1/4 inch smaller than folded blue card to make a mat.
7. Punch each corner of red cardstock with star punch.
8. Adhere mesh across card.
9. Place stamped and colored oval on card
