Instructions:

Use a hat of cap of your choice. Straw or lace hat works well for women, Get Well wishes, Bridal Shower, Birthday, Mothers Day etc. A derby, top hat or baseball cap works well for men's special occasions. Pick the ribbon colors to go with the occasion, bride's colors, school colors for the grad etc.

Wrap the ribbons around the crown of the hat and tie in place add glue along the ribbon to fix it in place.. For the grad a square of black or white heavy cardboard with a covered button in the center will look like a mortarboard, place the ribbons around the button to replace the tassel. With the base ball cap tie your ribbons through the back strap. At Christmas a Santa cap with the ribbons replacing the pom pom, hang the cap upside down with the top gapping slightly. You can also fill the cap with cards.

Attach the hanger to the top back of the hat and hang on a wall or door. Pin greeting cards to the ribbon tails.
