Clip the yarn in several short pieces. Glue them bundled around the end of the toothpick and set aside to dry.

Begin with your largest pom pom. Glue the 1 1/2" on top of the 2", the 1" on top of the 1 1-2" white pom pom and set aside to dry.

Fold the hanger in half and tie the two ends together. Place it in the center of the circle and glue the red pom pom on the center of the circle anchoring the hanger cord at the same time. Set aside to dry.

Glue the seed beads in place forming the two eyes, four buttons down the front of the center pom poms and a row curved to form her mouth. Glue the scrap of orange in place for a nose. Glue one of the half inch white pom poms to the side of the middle pom pom as her hand. Place your toothpick broomstick on the other side and glue it in place anchoring it with the second half inch pom pom.

Glue the red circle hat to the top of the smallest white pom pom and allow to dry. Place a piece of blue yarn around the red pom pom as a hat band and glue the flower or decoration in place. Tie the remaining blue yarn around her neck as a scarf.

These can be used as ornaments, package ties or looped over a button as a personal ornament.
