For our wedding we used grapevine wreaths. I loosely wrapped silk ivy and ribbon around the wreath. I then placed the wreath flat on a table and I hot glued a grouping of real flower heads (I used roses)in 5 spots. I filled in the spaces in between the flower heads with baby's breath and static but not alot - I wanted to keep the grapevine visible. I then finished off the centerpiece by placing the wreath on a mirror tile and by placing a candle in the center.

Another great feature of this centerpiece is when the reception is done the wreath can be hung on a wall for decoration. Mine is in my bedroom. My bridesmaids each received one and they still have them hanging in their homes as well.
