You can try a few different things. Put layer of newspaper over a layer of charcoal in a box. Place the doll on top of the newspaper and leave for a week. Sometimes this helps. A smaller doll can be put down into a can of fresh coffee. Very early Terri Lee dolls were actually made with a type of urea in the plastic which later forms this horrid vomit odor that cannot be removed. It can be slightly lessened but never completely leaves. Hopefully, someone else will have some better ideas. Good luck. One last note. I sent a doll to a company that "guaranteed" their product would remove any odor and they sent it back a month later saying they were wrong---it was a Teri Lee doll.
