How To Change Doll Eyes On A Spanos Doll?

Hi There,
I was wondering if anyone out there knows how to change the eyes on a Fayzah Spanos doll? So many of them are made from acrylic and seem to fade quickly. I need some help with this difficult task. Or if you're already an expert, I will be happy to pay for the service
