Silly Cindy Doll?

Hello,
I am trying to help a friend find a doll. She said it was called "Silly Cindy" or something like that and the TV commercial ended with "...she's such a silly girl." My friend seemed to indicate the doll was out around 1970 or so and was a larger vinyl doll but she's not sure. Does this ring a bell with anyone?
