Doll from Shindana Toys

my sister and I have matching black 15 inch black vinyl dolls purchased sometime between 1972-1976 made by Shindana Toy Co. They look like the baby Zuri but they are dark skinned with curly hair styled in two pigtales. They are in good condition and we would like to know the name and value of the dolls.
