I just purchased one off Craigs List and discovered the ladder was missing. Called the Mattel Co. and was told that this set has been out of production since 1997 and good luck finding replacement parts :0( My advice is either go on Craigs List or Ebay. There are a few still floating around. Good luck to everyone!
