This is a wonderful early Steiff bear that I was able to purchase from the original owners...it is almost perfect..this bear has been packed away for over 80 years.His button is tight in his ear,he was made between 1905-1911..It is the small silver button,the one produced and lapped over the blank button.
I have been buying bears and dolls for over 25 years....I have NEVER had a bear in such fine condition....he measures 18"
