Custom Plush Toy?

Hi all,
I'm looking for a seamstress/craftsperson to make a custom plush toy or doll out of some 3D models I have. The models are of two fictional boys, and I'd like to have them made into a plush or doll as a personalized gift for a friend. I would like two of EACH of the two boys, or at least one of each. Please let me know if this is something that could be arranged.
