Unfortunate, Sears only had a limite number of machines they had Jamome manufacture for them. They don't have the upgrade available for the Windows Vista program. On our 4 machines we own they will work with Window 98 but not on our new lap top either. Keep checking www.sears.com and send them a note asking for a upgrade.
