I also am looking for a pattern for a welders cap. Unfortunately, I do not have one to take apart to make a pattern from. I also would like to make a do-rag (spelling?) If anyone could help me with this, I would greatly appreciate it.

: I make welder hats for my husband. I took one of his favorite hats apart (after is was well worn) and use that for my pattern. Make sure that you mark where they are sewen together and the front of the hat. Sorry I don't have a patter exactly for you. I labled my "pattern" 1-6 and where the hem should be sewn. I labled them before I pulled the hat apart, I also labled which piece went on which side. Hope that helps
