I make welder hats for my husband. I took one of his favorite hats apart (after is was well worn) and use that for my pattern. Make sure that you mark where they are sewen together and the front of the hat. Sorry I don't have a patter exactly for you. I labled my "pattern" 1-6 and where the hem should be sewn. I labled them before I pulled the hat apart, I also labled which piece went on which side. Hope that helps
