Swiss Dot Tulle

My grandma is making my wedding gown and I would like to use swiss dot tulle for part of the dress and for my veil. I founf a swiss dot veil in a bridal magazine and I fell in love with it. However, I can't find the material anywhere. Can somebody please help me? Thanks in advance!!
