Quilters lodge

I have recently quit working and would like to open my mountain cabin as a quilters lodge. It is almost 4000sq ft built in 2002 with views of a lake and mountians.A beautiful setting with snow in the winter and lots of sun in the summer. It is a wonderful peaceful place to be. I would have groups of no more than 8 for 3 to 5 night quilting retreats with an instructor, gourmey meals and wine included, everything but sewing machines. It would cost about $175 per day per person. Does this sound like something you would be interested in? I am looking for feed back good or bad. Thank you
