I'm looking for online instructions to do a project I saw several years ago. You draw a line design (such as a Christmas Poinsetta) on pink insulation foamboard (Owens-Corning Foamaboard), you use a sharp knife to score in about 1/4" along the design lines, then you cut pieces of fabric a bit larger than each section and use a plastic knife to push the edeges of each fabric piece into the lines. There is fiberfill foam under each section to make it "puff out" a little.

You end up with a fabric wallhanging that looks like a quilt, but didn't involve any sewing.

Anyone know of an online site that gives a complete description of this project?
