Thanks Sue - the torrid red is a cadmium color and will not mix with the Fr. Rose that I use for my complexion colors. This mixture is so close to the real thing, I don't want to alter it. I've been told that Seeleys will no longer supply china paints, has anyone heard this rumor?

: Seeley's Torrid Red, in the Decorator line, will produce an absolutely blood red, high gloss finish. I've used it with great success on geishas, high fashion dolls, Christmas ornaments, and many other pieces. It's gorgeous!
