Wow! Isn't that interesting. The only thing I know for sure is that we have always been told to protect our slip from freezing. I didn't want to find out why so I keep mine in our climate controlled doll studio.

Besides the color, did anything change with the porcelain?

: I recently redid two different jug of frozen seeley slip. They were both tagged French bisque, two differnt batch numbers. When the first piece was fired it came out a lovely brown color. The second jug seems to be the same dark color. Any ideas whats going on?
