Head to neck connector for Ariana Doll by Kaye Wiggs

I have tried every connector and I am still lost on how to connect the head to the neck. The neck is long and slender and the head goes over the neck. This doll is very popular but I can not find any one that knows the answer. The picture I have is put out by Doll Maker, Inc. This is a 24 inch fashion doll with red hair. Thank you for reading.
