Baseball uniform pattern

I am looking for a pattern for a baseball uniform for a 28" doll. I put the one I had away for safe keeping and it sure is safe as I cannot fine it. If anyone has one I can purchase or borrow please let me know.
The one I had contained the vest-pants-socks=turtleneck t-shirt and cap patterns.
