Can't find this doll anywhere?

I have a porcelian doll from my friend grandmother and i can't find information online about the doll. It was still in the box with a Certificate of Authenticity in an envelope. I figure it must have been special since she held it so long and my friend don't. so i took it, its a beautiful doll it looks so real. Out of curiousity I want to know is there a value on this paticular doll. And is there a legacy about the Madison Lee Doll Company.
