Mark on back of neck is 75

My 1950's childhood doll is a 23" hard plastic walker with a soft vinyl head. The only mark she has is the number 75 on the back of her neck. I purchased 3 more like her on ebay but no one knows who made them. Can anyone help?

She is wearing a Deluxe Reading's Beauty Salon doll's dress but she is not the Beauty Salon doll.
