cannot identify doll roschi

I am trying to find out about a doll for my friend. it was a present for her about the 60's. it is a hard plastic baby doll with molded hair and blue sleep eyes with what look like plastic arms and stuffed body and legs. there is mark on back of head a sheild with triangle inside above name Rosch(i or l or t) over a half sunbeam. Doll has a wind up mechanism key at back - doll shakes when wound up.
