Identify a Bride Doll

I have a bride doll that I received around 1963. It is a 18" bride doll came w/ ring white heels stockings and bouquet. She is a "walking doll" with short dark brown hair.
Also any idea's were I can get a crochet pattern for a bride dress. Her orginal dress had rotted and I would like to make a new one.
