: I have some 50's dolls and cherish them, also later dolls that I am trying to find patterns to fit.
: I would like to know if there is a website that lists the measurements of some vintage dolls? Cissy, Miss Revlon etc.
From Patty: my own measurements of Vintage Ginny doll (pre- 1963) and Vintage Reproduction doll made on same mold are:
Waist circumference: 4 1/8"
Neck circumference: 2 1/4"
Head circumference: 5 1/2”
Inner arm length armpit to arm/hand crease: 1 1/2"
Outer arm length shoulder to arm/hand crease: 2"
Arm/hand crease to end of fingers: 1/2”
Garment center back neckline to waistline: 1 1/2”
Garment center back neckline to leg/heel crease: 4 3/4”
Head/neck connection in back to leg/heel crease: 5”
Head/neck connection in front to leg/foot crease: 4 7/8”
Head/neck connection in front to bellybutton: 1 3/4”
Head/neck connection in back to waistline: 1 7/8”
Waistline in back to leg/heel crease: 3 1/4”
Belly button in front to leg/foot crease: 3 1/4"
Length of foot: 3/4"
Width of foot: 1/2"
Total height: 7 1/4”

: I am looking for patterns for a special group of Sylvia Natterer dolls, there are only 4 that are taller and slimmer than Ms Natterer's other dolls. They are not as slim as fashion dolls of today though.: Any information would be helpful
