What are these dolls?

I have four very cute, very naughty looking dolls that I found at a garage sale, they are only about as tall as your hand, three of them are nude, one has a plastic dressed body. They all seem to be toddlers with naughty expressions, one is sticking it's tongue out, one has it's arm crossed and looks cranky, two have their eyes squinted shut. They seem to be of different nationalities, but all part of a set. Do you have any idea what they could be? They look to be about 20-30 years old.
