help identifying my doll. arranbee 1950's doll??

I have a pretty 18 inch doll with strung arms and legs. it is hard plastic with a skull cap mohair wig reddish long hair. awesome doll. unfortunately i cannot post pictures here so if you are knowlegable please help. After some research I think she could be an R&B doll with no markings, she has the eyes, face, is strung and all the proper features. I am NOT a collector and am looking for some kind help here. If you email me then I can send you some pictures.
