Hoseley Party Doll

I have an original Hoseley Party Doll. The Tag says her name is Peggy Sue. She was given to me by an aunt and uncle who regularly attended the Toy Fair in New York. Her dress is somewhat tattered, and her hair (wig) is somewhat messy. She no longer has shoes or the original box, however her dress and panties are original. I read a message that the McGregor Museum might be interested in her. I am looking for any info that would guide me. Should I decide to keep her, Should I have her hair redone? What about her dress. Should parts of it be replaced? Thank you in advance to all who might be of help. Susan
