1950'S HARD PLASTIC WALKING DOLL ??

I have a mid 1950's hard plastic walking doll. I got her for Christmas as a child. She's over 20 in tall,vinyl head,rooted long wavy dk blonde hair, jointed knees (she could kneel to pray), head turned when she walked, had a crying device in her tummy. She was purchased at Montgomery Wards and came in a blue nylon dress and hat trimmed with lace. I can't identify her. Does anyone have a clue?
