A&H Doll - Switchboard Operater/Poodle Skirt

Looking for information on the an A&H doll that has the headphone worn by telephone operators or switchboard operators years ago.
She is wearing a pink knit blouse with grey felt skirt with pink poodle on it.
She is in Very good condition, had short blone hair and lots of blue eye shadow.
Help!
