Antique German Chromolithograph Paper Doll

I have found an antique paper doll with outfits and accessories that is tucked inside a Christmas Tree. The tree is easel-backed and opens to reveal the paper doll and outfits tucked inside. It is about 7-8" in height. There are marks on the back that say "Germany" and "S & C" Has anybody seen something like this before. I would think it to be turn of the century or earlier. Thank you
