Pin-up paperdolls, Saalfield #355

I am trying to locate a set of Paperdolls that was reviewed in Paperdoll Review, Issue #40, pg. 35. The dolls represent winners of various beauty contests such as Rose Queen, Ice Queen Cotton Queen, etc.
Does anyone have one for sale, a sanctioned digital copy etc.? THanks for any help that you can lend.
