Help re: Jeanne paper doll & story illustrated by E H Davie

Hello.
I have a lovely PD. It is called "Jeanne's New Flock Dress Story and Cut-out Book" published by PM (productions) Ltd. Story illustrated by E H Davie.

Can anyone tell me anything about this pd please. The pd is called Jeanne and the clothes have part flock. The costume looks circa 1940s.
