Reproduction Ginny Doll shoes

I recently won an 8" reproduction Ginny Doll on ebay. Vintage Ginny Doll shoes are too large for her. Her foot is 3/4" long and 1/2" wide at the toes. Can anyone tell me where I might find a pair of shoes to fit her?
