Who is this little doll??

Hello,
I have come across a little doll and I must know who she is! I am a collector of dolls and my mother, knowing, this, has picked up a little girl from an estate sale. I believe she is a Ginny, but I am really not sure. Her arms and legs are strung and her back says "Vogue Doll." she has red hair with 2 faded light blue bows on each side of her head, two little matching light blue socks, and white shoes with silver buttons on them. She has no outfit with her. She has full red lips, painted eye lashes and brows, very rosy cheeks, and blue sleepy eyes.
So any idea who this girl is or when she was made? I have searched the internet and just find places telling me to buy books, well being a college student having jsut spent $500+ on books that isn't an option right now lol.
Any help is appreciated!
