Found a site indicating that (all plastic) steamers are effective for removing frizz, but they showed it's use on a more contemporary doll who, most likely, has a different kind of synthetic hair. Her hair didn't look paticularly frizzy to begin with to me (plus steam makes my own hair frizz real bad), so am wondering if anyone out there has found success with this approach on vintage Ginny dolls.
