Getting Rid of Frizzies

Anyone know how to eliminate frizzies, an issue found primarily on the played-with dolls that have vintage dynel wigs? Once read something about using hot water and vinegar, but it didn't work for me, so I'm wondering if anyone else has had luck using that with this type of hair. Anyone found something else that's effective on these vintage wigs --either home remedies or commercial hair products, like Frizz Ease? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
