Restoring my 1952 Ginny

My dear little Ginny's eye brows and lashes have turned a pale greenish gold. In fact, the lashes are barely visible. Would it be appropriate to darken them or should they be left as is? If it would not damage her, what's the best way to make them more visible? Also, She could use a little blush.
