Please help me id my ginny doll

My sister in law has given me her old dolls. The one is a vogue doll -- I did find her listed only on one other site. She is 15' tall and has on a red 'velvet' dress, red hat, White petticoat, stockings, panties and black shoes. She is all original and only displayed when new, now dusty and in need of a good cleaning from attic dust and neglect. Hair is in good shape and clothing just needs to be cleaned, I did her body already. There are tags on the dress that say voge dolls Inc. made in the USA. The doll has no obvious markings. She is about 14 1/2 - 15 " tall. Any help would be greatly appreciated THANKS
