This looks like the> Yarmulke or Kippah Patterns
The spelling can be different for each of these also > but they are the same head covering.
The caps are worn by Jewish Men and Boys .
The picture I looked at is what I come up with.
It could also be a Pill Box Hat> But I don't think it is !The picture had a lot of hair around the Cap .
