instruction for getting yarn of loom for a scarf

Mother Hen, or anyone else. P My causin gave me a loom for a scarf. I'm at the point to take the scarf of the loom. She lives 8 hours away and I forgot how to take of the loom. Does anynone have good instructions or can recomand where to find some.
