suzie snoozy doll

i received a suzie snoozy doll when i was much younger. i believe there were 4 in the series all representing something different. suzie has closed eyes with a tuft of hair sticking out front from here bonnet, wearing a flannel nightgown. she is made of a material close to skin feeling, not sure what it is. anyone have any information about her or the others please let me know. thanks!!
