BOBBY CLOTH DOLL - EARLY 1970s

Desperately trying to find a cloth or felt doll called Bobby made in the early seventies. I remember him to be about 12-16 inches tall, similar face to Playskool's Dapper Dan doll.
Red hair, pink cheeks that were either glued on, painted on, or sewn on, freckles (?) and wearing pajamas and bathrobe. He may have had fuzzy slippers. I believe the main color in his clothing was blue. I recall he had a rather somber expression on his face and came in box. I thought he might have been made by Knickerbocker, but haven't been able to track him that way.
My younger brother had him when we were children growing up in Canada. I'd really like to give one to his son.
