Need pattern pieces for the Kezi 19" fashion doll

Somehow I have lost the foot insert pattern piece and the sole pattern piece for the slipper and the back of the head pattern piece for the Kezi 19 inch fashion doll, I have tried to re create those pieces but they just don't turn out right and I need all the instruction sheets. When we moved they got lost. I have the rest of the body pattern.
