24 inch cloth doll with felt clothing

Hi there!
I am hopig some one might be able to help me find some information regarding this cloth doll I just won on Ebay. I am attaching the link to the listing in the hopes maybe someone might recognize her.
She is marked with what looks to be an "S" on her neck, her head feels like a hard papier mache. SHe has a mohair wig in a bob style, and she has the look of a Lenci.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
