Looking for a "My first Teddy Bear" is what I think it was called. It was bought for my daughter when she was born in 1984. Brown bear with paws were pastel plaid and smelled like baby powder. I would love to find one and purchase it for her daughter...my daughter always had it with her and couldn't go to sleep without "bear,bear". She left it in a store and went back 5 minutes later and was gone and she was broken hearted.

I am still trying to find a little bear with a removeable fur "coat". The coat had a zipper in the front. His little red/white striped body (looked like long johns or a bodysuit, and was NOT removeable - it was actually his body) was quite skinny when you took off his fur coat, and he was quite floppy, not stiff or sturdy. The fur of his little coat was a medium brown color - his face was paler brown/tan. He wasn't very big, maybe 10-20 inches if I remember correctly. I don't know who made him, but the original was purchased in central Illinois. His red and white striped body was definitely cloth, not any type of fur. Thank you!

I am looking for a teddy bear that was made by the San Francisco Music Box Company. The music box played a lullaby. The bear was brown (not jointed) and came with a white eyelet dress. I believe it was sold in the late 1980's early 90's.

Please Help. Growing up I had a beaver plush. His name was Twiggs. I am not sure if that was his real name. Twiggs has very long soft fur that matted easily. He was about 21 inches long. He's a TAN bear, made by Child of Mine/ Prestige Toy Co.. Approx 8" tall. He had a blue ribbon around the neck, and a plastic clip attached to his head. Lost white Polar bear. Was originally purchased at Kmart around 1992. He had a Red velvet Christmas hat and scarf with white balls on the ends. He was about 18-20" tall. He had leather like pads on his paws and was seated.

It has magnetic paws and magnets in the eyes and play Peek-a-boo. It's head is white with large black eyes and black ears. Red nose with a smile. Hi I am looking for my childhood teddy bear. She was stolen by my X and thrown away when we divorced. I had her for 30 years and she was worn totally bare. She was a Knickerbocker totally brown (regular brown color) bear with brown eyes and stood about 9 inches tall. She was not jointed and had no music box. Her tag was on her left side and said Animals of Distinction and joy of a toy. I can't remember if she was made in NY or NJ :( She had a black pompom nose and red felt mouth or tongue. Her arms and legs were just round cylinders with no paws or feet. She had no tail. She had no center front seam on the chest, it was all one piece. She was sewn up the back center. She had a little round muzzle and small fur ears, not felt. If anyone has this teddy for sale please contact me at The_lucky_cricket@hotmail.com. Plush baby doll from 2003 - 2005. She has 3 pink and white swirly design lollies on sticks embroidered on the left hand side of her jacket.Prestige Toy Corp. She is made from pale pink plush, with white satin soles of her "feet". She is wearing a pale pink jacket (the same material as the rest of her clothes). Her jacket is front only, having no back. It is tied at the neck with white satin ribbon. She has creamy skin coloured face and hands, blue eyes and darker pink smile and nose. She has a little bit of cream hair sticking out beneath the front of her hat. Her hat is the same colour as everything else with a rim in white. The hat has 2 knots , one on either side of the top. She is 10.5 inches long ,excluding knots.

Carter's brand plush bunny. This bunny has a thermal body in four blocks of color: green, blue, pink and yellow. The head, hands and feet are velour plush. The body was about 10 inches long and also had a rattle inside. These were sold in stores 8 - 10 years ago and made for babies or very young toddlers. It would mean so very much to find one of these.

I am desperately looking for a mickey mouse pillow, which could be described as a soft toy, as it is a stuffed outline of the disney character. He has silky ears, hands and feet and the rest is polyester cutton, his filling is 100% polyester. I bought the original in england in around 1987 and as you can imagine it is beginning to fall apart. My daughter had a purple,security teddybear blanket. It was given to her from a friend who bought it from Avon...back in Jan 2003. It was purple and the teddybear from the waist down was a blanket. It had a purple heart on it too and it would play a song....dont remember what the song was. It was silky around the edges of the blanket with polka-dots(purple)...i believe. My daughter has Austism and is still upset about losing her beloved teddybear/security blanket. If anyone knows where i could buy a new one..PLEASE let me know! Thanks..:)

I am trying to find a little bear with a removeable fur "coat". The coat had a zipper in the front.
His little red/white striped body (looked like long johns or a bodysuit, and was NOT removeable - it was actually his body) was quite skinny when you took off his fur coat, and he was quite floppy, not stiff or sturdy. The fur of his little coat was a medium brown color - his face was paler brown/tan.
He wasn't very big, maybe 10-12 inches if I remember correctly. I don't know who made him, but the original came from central Illinois. His candycane striped body was definitely cloth, not any type of fur. Thank you!

Help! I want to find Ted E. Bear, he was featured in the christmas cartoon "The Bear Who Slept Through Christmas". My mother bought him for me in 1981 at KMart in Ocala Fl. The character has been featured in several books and a few tv specials including "The Great Bear Scare" and "Ted E. Bear: Cub Reporter". He is brown approx 18" tall, has a green bow-tie with white polkadots. Not too sure about the rest of his clothing, mine lost his when I was two. My son loves mine, but he's getting old and is very worn. I would love to find one in better condition, with clothing, to give him.

Help! I am despartley looking for a soft floppy type baby doll. It is about 10-12 inches tall made of soft velour material all over, even the face. She is wearing a bonnet with brown hair peeping out from the top (the bonner is not removable)). She has big blue eyes. She is wearing a pink and white stripe ourfit. When you squeeze her she palys 'Rock-a-bye-Baby' I am not sure of the manufacturer, it was purchased at a local children's boutique store in December 2005. I am searching for a North American Bear Co. stuffed toy called Cat's Pajamas. The "Cats Pajamas" consist of a stuffed cat covered with gray fur, a pink nose, plastic eyes, and dressed in a pink and white striped two-piece pajama set. The cat's pajama top has a small pocket and two round white plastic buttons in the front. A tag is attached on the back of the cat that reads in part "Cat Pajamas #1162, North American Bear Co., Inc." This toy was part of a voluntary recall in 1991, and is difficult to get hold of. It was similiar to a knotty doll style- limbs are made of pointed material. It was about 8-10 inches long, one piece sleeper with 3 flowers on it, and hat was pointed. Help! I am looking for a replacement for "Greta" my daughter's best lovey. She received her in 2003 as a baby shower gift. She is a My First Doll by Carter's but NOT made by Child of Mine. My girlfriend was born in 1986 and has lost a teddy she has had since birth. She can't let this go! I'm trying my best to find this bear with not a lot to go off. All I know is this is a brown bear with moveable joints but it isn't a rigid bear like I'd presume from one with moveable joints, It is soft. The only real clue is that it says Golden Bear on the paw (foot). I don't think this is an overly expensive or collectable bear, its just very sentimental and I would be extremely grateful to anyone who may be able to help me. Thanks, Stuart.

I am looking for another "Frank". All I know about my stuffed dog is that I got him probably in 1980 at a Safeway grocery store. I vaguely remember that he used to be fuzzier than he is now. And he used to have a felt belly button and a felt tongue. And he had a little patch of fuzzy hair on top of his head. I have been searching for years without luck. My 3year old daughter was given 2 second hand material dolls for her 1st birthday. Unfortunately one was lost on a shopping trip. The only identifing make is a small tag in the side seam of the dress the says DMZ523 made in china. The blue one we still have is a square white body with white arms and legs and pale blue on the ends for feet. The head has the same pale blue material in the shape of a bonnet with a frill at the front edge. The face is just printed on. It has a seperate dress in pale blue with small red flowers or strawberries on it and a white top at the front with what looks like a green jellybean with arms and legs sleeping in a hamock with Suaka/Sueva or something similar written under it. If anyone could tell me where with may have come from or how it find a replacement I would very much appreciate it. With thanks. Deborah

Looking for a vintage 1986 Bedtime Dozey by Lewis Galoob Toys. Dozey has a tape recorder hidden behind a tush flap, and he's dressed in a light blue footed pajamas with a matching nightcap. He has pale-yellow yarn for hair that peeks out from beneath the nightcap. His eyes and mouth back-light when he tells his bedtime stories. It has blue eyes and it also had something in its head that smelled like baby powder. On July 13, 1983 my family moved from Guam to Texas. In the move a yellow teddy bear named Frodo got left behind. He was approx 10 inches high. His fur was removable and it had a metal zipper. His outside fur was yellow and his "underpants" were (if I remember correctly) white and yellow stipes. His face, hands and feet were also yellow and white but fuzzy like his removable fur, and his undies where a jersy knit. Please help Frodo get home!

Help! Sleepy Bear is lost! He was a small-ish brown bear with a blue ribbon, bought at the FAO Schwarz in Boston about 5 years ago. He doesn't have posable arms or legs, just your basic teddy bear. I believe this was an Eden Doll. My daughter received this doll in 1999. It has open eyes, is soft pink cloth and the legs were pink and white striped, pink smock, pink hat. Soooo anxious to find replacement!

I'm looking for an angry-looking 15"(estimate) Monkey. This was put out originally by Target's Cuddle Zone brand in 2004. My just-turned-3-yrs son lost it on a flight from PHX to DENVER on August 12th, 06. The Tush Tag will *not* say "Cuddle Zone" It will say, "Made Exclusively For Target" But we're unsure of the manufacturer. Cuddle Zone has 3+ manufacturers at any given point in time. (Target is being very unhelpful!)
The original monkey was unnamed by Target, however if you see ours, it answers to the name of "Monkey Monkey Go GO Pork N Beans", or "Go Go Beans" for short.
Also, since he was left on an airplane, Noah (our son), has been told that he's traveling the world. If you'd like to be involved in a post-card project to send a post-card to Noah from Go GO Beans, please email for details. (Its an on-going project until we can bring Go Go Beans home)

Hi, I am looking for a specific soft dreams bear that I had when I was younger. I saved up all my money to buy this bear from Sears and I loved it! I would really like to have another just like it and I need your help! It was made sometime around early 90's and it was white and alittle over a foot tall. It had what I call a clown suit on and the suit was white with primary colored dots on it(although the outfit did not come off- it was part of the body). It had a collar around it's neck in the same pattern. The arms were basically attached to the neck and it did not have a rattle in the head. Looking for a Plush Yellow Duck produced by Carter's about two years ago. This duck has white ploka dot wings, a blue ribon around the neak (also with white polka dot's), light orange bill and feet. It was equipt with an electric "quack box" though I don't care if it still works or not. Carter's produced several versions including a rattel, and one that looked more like a doll. The one I am looking for

I'm looking for a 10-12 inch light tan teddy bear with solid brown button-like eyes and nose. (they look like O O literally) It also has a small tail and floppy ears. Hi, I'm looking for some PRESTIGE plush items: There are three different ones that I know of - a light brown bear with beige satin ribbon, a light pink bunny with light pink ribbon and a light brown dog with light blue ribbon. The only one I have with a tag that is still readable is the dog - MADE BY PRESTIGE FOR CARTER JUST ONE YEAR, style #84972. These plush are appx. 7" long, legs and body are beans and a rattle in the body. The arms and head are stuffed. The ones I have were purchased at Babies R Us between 2003-2004. I am looking for a Teddy Bear from MTY International. It was a hand-me down to my daughter and she loves it. I need to get a spare because she is wearing this one out. Looking for a REINDEER, sold at JC Penny during the holiday season of 1998 (or99?) when the animated Rudolph the red nosed reindeer the movie was out, with Zoe as Rudolphs girlfriend. I have no name for this doll but it is stuffed with old gray
cotton from the 1940's or that is when it was purchased. It
was purchased from a Western Auto store about 1948 or a year
or 2 earlier. It is made of a very thin rubber or a thin vinyl as it is very brittle now. It's legs and arms are all
sewn on with a machine and are about 8 to 10 inch long on the legs and the normal sixe arms for about ja 19 to 20 inch doll. It's head and face are both complete and is not
brittle as it has been wrapped in a blanket or several for
about 50 years as it was my last doll and I thought it had
been thrown away but my sister found it going through My
parents things.

I am desperately looking for a stuffed dalmation that I purchased at Target in 2004. Our chocolate lab chewed him up and my son is devastated. The dalmation is made of flocked plastic and is also stuffed. He is very squeezable as my son puts it. He came with a pink collar and pink leash(I know pinks a girls color but son insists he is a boy). I have searched everywhere and can't find anything like him. Our house was destroyed by Katrina in New Orleans and a very important Gund bear. I believe he was bought around 1984. He is brown(not dark) (no variations in color) unjointed, medium bear with a sewn on mouth and nose. I know this is vague but lost pictures also so it is really hard to describe.

I am looking for a white cloth bear. He is roughly 12" tall. It has a red and white striped shirt and hat. The hat also has a yellow cloth ball on it. Its white ears stick through the hat. It has a simple stitched on face. It was purchased in 2000 in York, PA at a store called Clearance World. My son ADORED this bear and I actually had to replace its head once. A neighbor baby sat for me and threw the teddy away. Now, years after his "demise" my son still talks about it and is very sad. I am willing to pay money for a replacement. Dakin teddy bear 15 inches, tan with brown corduroy on paws and ears. Date on tag is 1985. Apparently, the bear had brown overalls with 3 colored baloons on the upper left side of the overalls. Just one Year Carter's teddy bear style number 2914.
It's a very soft fabric bear (approximately 8" long)with the typical brown plush head and hands. The body is white with little bunnies that have red/white checkered ears and puppies along with little red and white striped flower pots with blue flowers all over the fabric. Late 1940's/early 1950's bear with the name Algie (Algae). Was supposed to be an allergy free bear that was purchased while I was in the hospital. Algie had a soft rubber inset where his cheeks,mouth & eyes were. His eyes had hair-type lashes and they opened and closed. He was not jointed and his "fur" was of a tufted cotton material. Algie was NOT one of those bears that looked sad. His lips were partially opened in a smile and I think he also had a little rubber tongue. An evil "ex" threw my Algie away & I've looked for his replacement for years. If anyone knows where I can purchase this bear, please contact me. Thank you.

I am looking for a teddy bear that is dressed like a cowboy bought from K-Mart or Walmart in the early 80's. I believe that he was called "Country Bear". He wore a cowboy hat, a brown vest, a red and white checkered shirt and little plastic brown boots. If I remember correctly, he stood about a foot tall. A Gund Bear released in 1982 . Greyish brown kind of plain. came in 2 sizes 6in and 12in. I believe the name on the tag was TJ for the small one and BJ for the larger.
