Wanting to buy Old Singermodel 44-10 head only

I am looking for a singer 44-10 head only, this is a old treadell machine, and I only want a complete head.
I have found 6 of them on the east coast, but the person doesn't want to ship, they weight 65 pounds. I live near Joplin Mo.
