: Heaven-Sent Scrapbooking (based in Australia) has vacancies for design team members! As a design team member your role will be to help showcase products from our store. Our store sells general and Christian scrapbooking supplies and TLC products. You monthly kit will contain a variety of these products. Your monthly submissions may be used for our newsletter, featured items, design ideas or classes and will be posted in our gallery. We are looking for creative scrapbook, card, paper and digital artists. You should not be afraid to be creative, try new techniques and have fun. : : If chosen as a Heaven-Sent design team member you will be responsible for: : • Creating inspiring and unique scrapbook layouts and one altered art project to display in the Heaven-Sent Scrapbooking gallery once a month. For each project submitted, you must include a materials list and a sketch for the project. (Each DT member must submit 1 page layout (either digital or made of paper), and 1 other altered art project every month) : • Become a member of the Heaven-Sent Scrapbooking Forum and post challenges on a regular basis and participate in challenges posted by other design team members. : • Host a discussion topic once a week on the message board. : • Respond regularly to topics on discussion board. : • Contribute tips / articles once a month for the Heaven-Sent Scrapbooking newsletter / newsflashes on the website / blog. : • Design Team members layouts may also be converted into one of our online and other classes. : • Design Team members will receive credit for all of their designs. : If chosen as a Heaven-Sent Scrapbooking Design Team Member you will be compensated in the following ways: : • You will receive a monthly creativity kit for FREE! These are materials from the store that you use to create your designs (Retail value at least $ 25.00 a month, sometimes much more). You keep all materials, but must use the items in the kit or any other additional items you may purchase at a discount from the store. Completed projects are yours to keep. Items not found in our store cannot be used for designs unless you have received authorization first. Shipping included on monthly creative kit. : • 25 % off purchases from our store throughout your duration as a Design Team member and free shipping on orders that are shipped with the monthly creativity kit. : • If your creations are converted into online classes and ready-made kits, you will receive 20% of all profits made from those products/ classes. : : Design Team Commitment will be 6 months. Upon selection, a Contract will be sent for you to sign, outlining all responsibilities and compensations. Send a picture of 3 original scrapbook layouts. Pictures should be clear, in .jpg format, no larger than 100kb, and not wider than 800 pixels. : 2. Send a picture of one altered art project. Pictures should be clear, in .jpg format, no larger than 100kb, and not wider than 800 pixels. : 3. Send a scrapbook autobiography with preferred email address, and full contact information. : 4. Complete a short submission (one or two paragraphs) on why you feel you are a prime candidate our design team. Focus on your strengths and include what you will contribute to our team, blog and forum message board. Share your ideas and thoughts for promoting your membership as a DT member and the Heaven-Sent Scrapbooking store. : 5. List of current design team memberships and scrapbook communities (message boards) in which you are active. Please include URLs and your community usernames.
