The boy has the same size, feet, painted socks, shoes etc.. trust that helps and the dress looks like a replacement.. Does yours have a ribbon in her hair?
I know the dress on doll is not original, i believe the hat is. I assume it is the girl and not a boy. I can't remember if she does or not.
